Sonya gets a great welcome from Nicholas. It’s great to see Sonya. We had a tapas meal last night and she guided us through the menu ordering the best food in perfect Spanish. She stays in Fanabe and has to get a lot of taxis. Poor Sonya!

If you can get to Los Gigantes it’s well worth the trip. About 25kms north of Playa de las Americas by bus.

I have named him Erasmus, as he has become adept at surmounting obstacles in a challenging environment!!

Amazing weekend off. Five of us took off for El Teide. You would never tire of this place. We came back through Los Gigantes. A spectacular coastal city. Amazing sea views and towering cliffs,not unlike Cliffs of Moher right in the port area.

So this holiday starts when??!

At work busy creating confusion amongst the visiting public!

Well it’s Monday morning is sunny Tenerife. Nobody out last night down south. I am sure same up North as the North gang all start work today. Best of luck to all. Posting pic of two legends dressed and ready for a hard days toil.

Some of the South gang headed to Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz today for a change of scene. Beautiful area. Very different to South. Much greener. Saw first grass for a week.

30kms uphill drive to get here but totally worth it.
